Year six went to the annual Junior Good Citizen event on Tuesday 25th June. The event is run in conjunction with several agencies including Wiltshire Council, Fire and Rescue services and Wiltshire Police.
Junior Good Citizen is designed to help children avoid putting themselves at risk of accident or injury by raising awareness of where something could happen.
Year six interacted with seven different scenarios including road safety, fire safety, hate crime and cyber crime.
The pupils said:
"I learnt how to stay safe in any scenario" JH
"We learnt lots while having good fun" RG
"I now know lots more about being safe" CW
"It was really interesting and fun with lots of different activities" LH
The children were scored points during each scenario and one of our Bulford teams was the ultimate winner of the morning - winning a new water bottle each!
